Atom - Lacombe Chargers
The Lacombe Atom Chargers welcomes youth ages 8-10 interested in playing football.
Atom - Ages 8-10 - Full Contact - Tackle Football
Tuesday and Thursday practices 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
2025 Season Practices Start Tuesday, August 19th.
Equipment hand-out will be August 14th, 6:00 pm. Please bring a cheque for equipment deposit ($200).
Games are on Saturdays. Schedule TBD.
Atoms play on a half field, 1 hour games (two back to back with a quick snack break in between). Coaches are on-field for instruction and position guidance.
Regular season fee: $260 (Subsidy Available) + $50 Football Alberta Insurance due upon RAMP Registration.
Each player is required to provide their own cleats and mouth guard. The rest of the equipment will be provided.
General Information
Age: 8, 9 & 10 years old (as of December 31)
Practices: 2/week Tuesday & Thursday 6-7:30 pm @ MEGlobal Field in Lacombe
Games: 1/week - Friday night or Saturdays (some travel Central Alberta Area)
Season: August 19 to mid-October
