Just like that the 2026 season has come to an end. It was an amazing season for LMF. We wanted to take a moment to recap the season and share some important reminders as we wrap up behind the scenes.
Let's start with thank you to all our parents, friends and family members for your support cheering on the players, volunteering your time and ensuring the kids made it to games and practices.
Our little Atoms had an incredible season of skill building and laying a solid foundation for seasons to come. The improvement in the players skill and confidence was visible from the start of season to the end of the season. Thank you to Coaches Paul Jensen, Derek Stingel and Jaco Neven and Managers Melissa and Brandon for your dedication to the team this year.
Our Peewee’s played an incredible season. They were the 2026 C champions and got to experience winning Gold on the home turf. Thank you to coaches Cody Curry, Tom Meagher, Cam Brown and Hailey Nowochin as well as manager Ryan for keeping the team on track this year.
The Bantams were led this year by coaches Dylan Meagher, Kyle Cooke, Kyle Handziuk, Keegan Thompson and Grady Handziuk. They had the privilege of ending the year with a Bronze medal win on the home turf. Thank you Manager Lisa for keeping the team organized this year.
We cant wait to see you all again in 2027, enjoy a relaxing off season everybody!
